 MEMBERSHIP

The main reason for joining Fife Family History Society is to make contact with others with similar interests in Fife who share your enthusiasm and are willing to pass on their help and experience. For any family queries/interests please add to the Members Discussion Board.

There is also a “Photograph” section where you can ask for photos to be posted. We also have a very active Facebook page where you can also put your queries/interests/photos.  Our membership renewal date runs from 1 January to 31 December.   Where possible we encourage members to take out an emembership which saves costs.

ONLINE SHOP

Fife FHS has produced three new CDs £5 –   available through our shop. Titles are:

“Pittenweem Registers” – covering the East Neuk of Fife from 1844 – 1856          

“Journals 2004-2013” – 28 Journals. We now have all our Journals up to 2013 on 2 discs. 2014 onwards are in PDF form in members area.

Some WW1 Soldiers, Sailors & Airmen – A variety of pictures taken from various Newspapers/Books/Memorial Rolls.

NEWS & EVENTS

Our next meeting is on 12th December  This is our Festive Social Evening and we are being entertained by the Eden Bell Ringers. We hope you will join us for a glass of wine/soft drink and some nibbles! If you can attend if would be helpful to let the Secretary know in advance.This is at our usual time and venue (Volunteer House, Crossgate, Cupar) starting at 7.30 and open to all (£2 charge for non members).
