The new members journal is now available to view online in the Membership area on our website www.fifefhs.org You will need your user name and password to access this as well as an extensive record archive to help with your research.

Due to rising costs of producing a printed version of the Journal and added costs of postage, we have reluctantly agreed to phase out the posting of our Journal commencing January 2020.

The good news is that our Death Index (Over 250,000 pre 1855 Deaths) is now available as a benefit in the members area and FREE to search. It is also available to subscribers of Find My Past who also hold our Fife Kalendar of Convicts data.

You may have noticed that we have had a website makeover! We are celebrating 30 Years as a history society this year. To celebrate we are inviting you to submit your Fife family histories to be included in a special commemorative Journal being published in December (our last printed one…) Please contact our Editor Andrew  J Campbell by email [email protected] if you have a story to tell about your Fife folk.

Many thanks to all of our members, volunteers and partners who support the work that we do.

Best wishes
Alison
